I started Flyford back in 2013 after working in the industry for many years, and noticing the same thing everywhere I went: IT providers treating customers as ticket numbers, an upsell opportunity, or a means of selling packages that didn’t suit their business needs.
To deliver quality IT support is to foster active partnerships with customers – understanding how their business operates, how they choose to work, and developing solutions that are right for them. That means taking an honest, people-first approach that doesn’t end at onboarding, but continues throughout the entire relationship. It means being upfront about what technology they need, what they don’t, and what solutions have the potential to propel their business forward.
